So a few months back I received my DoTerra Essential Oils and I was like what can I do with these, and what ones are best for what.... These are all the questions that ran threw my mind. So when I was contacted by Ms. Rebecca Park Totilo PR agent I jumped at the chance to get this book! I am so glad I did. This book is jam packed with lots of information on the oils and how to use them. Not to mention all the recipes.
I like that is is a very easy to use book. She has a spot in the book on what oils are good for oily, dry skin and so on. I like that! I like that it tells you right in front of you on what oils to grab. Totally makes it worth it for me.
I also love that she has a spot in the book that talks about NATURAL food coloring! Who could use that? All of us! Especially when we are dying Easter Eggs.
I could go on and on about this book, and all the good recipes on how to help our skin look better and our teeth look whiter. But I think you should just check this book out for yourself.
Disclosures- I was given a free copy of this book for my opinion. All opinions are my own.

ReplyDeleteAs long as the oils don't make me break out or cause an allergic reaction. Sometimes it does that.
ReplyDeleteI love using essential oils. Sounds lie a great book. Thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteI am making a conscious effort to use more organic/chemical free products. This sounds like a great book, definitely worth a read, thank you for this review.
ReplyDeleteorganic products are more healthier and safe to use. Beautiful women of yesterday uses organic oil for their beauty regimen, thus its effectiveness has been proven centuries ago :). I go for an organic lifestyle :)
ReplyDeleteThis review is making me want to read the book myself. :)
ReplyDeleteOrganic products don't have lots of unwanted chemicals, so they're pretty safe for use. I love essential oils like Lavendar and Tea Tree which can be put on the skin "neat" which means they don't have to be diluted with a carrier oil for use on your skin.
ReplyDeleteThis book could save you a lot of money instead of buying brand names
