D.A.Y 2 on Nutrisystem
PF- Power Fuel which is your proteins like cheese sticks, peanuts etc...
SM- Smart Carb which is your fruits or the things that turn to carbs in your system...
Breakfast- NS Turkey Ham & Cheese Omelet, Coffee with sugar and 2 oz of Milk, 2 oz Apple Juice with It Works Greens (Vitamins)
A.M. Snack- Creamy Peanut Butter with Apple Slices, 1/2 a cup of Carrots, and 1/2 NS Coffee Protein Shake mixed in water.
Lunch- NS Meat Ball Parmesan Melt
P.M. Snack- Nothing
Dinner- Broccoli Cooked
Dessert- NS Chocolate Caramel Dessert
Lets talk food-- NS Turkey Ham & Cheese Omelet was not bad. It was pretty good. I am happy to say. My kids even liked it! NS Meat Ball Parmesan Melt was also good. Along with the Chocolate Carmel Dessert was also very good. But who doesn't like Chocolate!?!?!
