I had a FREE rental code from Red Box from surfing blogs, so I used it to rent THE HELP. I have been wanting to read the book, before I saw the movie. Well I never got a round to the book. So I figured why not just watch the movie. I was not shocked on how people were treated, but I was more impressed. How the single white gal just did not care what others thought. Not sure that, I guess in a way I was a little shocked when they said that one of the maids was left in a will. That to me is crazy, and to think that this was not even 60 years ago. I think this movie is worth the watch!
